Microbiological sampler for compressed air and gases V&Q M-CGS is designed to test for microbiological contamination of compressed air and other compressed gases in clean rooms (pharmaceutical, biotech, food and other industries) where compressed gases come into direct contact with or affect products. Compressed gases can be a source of contamination in various processes, which leads to the need to monitor these gases on a periodic basis.
ADVANTAGES
ERGONOMICS
- Lightweight, balanced and ergonomic design for easy handling with gloves
- Quick-release connections are used for ease of assembly and maintenance
- The device not require power supply and is completely transportable
- Compact, allowing it to be placed in limited space
STERILITY
- For use with standard 90mm plastic Petri dishes
- Can be sterilized in an autoclave (except for the manometer and rotameter)
- Has cup clamps that are adjustable to compensate for sizing inaccuracies
- Convenient for disinfection and work in aseptic conditions
CHARACTERISTICS
- Allows sampling without an additional reducer at medium pressures up to 10 bar (145 psi)
- The impactor parameters are selected to guarantee the deposition of particles from 0.5µm
- The ability to operate with an air flow of 200l/min reduces sampling time and operator work
- Equipped with rotameter and manometer (supplied with verification/calibration documents)
MATERIALS
- Made from inert materials
- Suitable for various inert gases (air, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, argon)
- Can be used at air temperatures from +5°C to +50°C with relative humidity up to 80% at a temperature of 25°C
- IQ OQ PQ verification protocols are available (ordered separately)
